


Squid Soondae (sausage) from Abai village of Sokcho looks after Myeongtae (Alaska Pollack) sausage in Hamgyeong-do area. Myeongtae sausage is from Hamgyeong-do, take guts out of Myeontae and insert stuffing into the Myeongtae. Instead of pig intestines, the squid is stuffed with the sausage ingredients. When the stomach of the squid is full, put vegetables and Chinese noodles into the squid.
