Hyusim Pension a traditional Korean style pension located in Jeo-dong, Gangneung-si. There is a large house led from the farm road right next to Gyeongpodae Pavilion with a sign "Hyusim" on a tree. Surrounded by pine trees with full of its refreshing smells, Hyusim Pension house provides various styles of houses such as tile-roofed houses, thatch-roofed houses, log cabins. Most of the rooms are one room type. Especially, tile-roofed houses have a kitchen separate and independent from the room. Hyusim Pension offers firewood stone-grilled meat as dinner, all of which vegetable as ingredients are domestic-grown.

By Car: Take the direction to Gangneung at Gangneung Toll Gate on Yeongdong Highway. Pass Gangneung City Hall and make a right to the direction for Hi-mart at the 5-direction intersection in front of Gangneung Express Bus Terminal. Keep straight until you reach a rotary and make a right to the direction for Gyeongpo. Keep straight and pass 3.1 Movement park and Gyeongpodae (a bronze statue of Shin, Saimdang). Make a left onto the wooden sign of "Hyusim" then make a left again. Hyusim Pension is right there on the side.
Public Transportation: Take the bus number 202 (Fare: \800) and disembark at Gyeongpodae (a bronze statue of Shin, Saimdang). Cross the street and walk along the wooden sign of "Hyusim". Make a right and left.
