The oldest restaurant of dried Alaska Pollack has different flavor. It has been using pollacks produced at Yongdaeri in Jinburyeong for twenty years. It thinks that the proper broth can’t be made from chipper Pollack from China. Though the price of vegetables goes up, this restaurant always keeps using the fresh cabbages and hot peppers even in winter.
